I’m Dane Covey, owner of SIMPLEVATE, a Grand Rapids based video production company. For over 15 years, I’ve worked across nearly every corner of the film and video industry: grip, electric, cinematographer, director, producer, videographer, editor, motion graphics designer, and sound editor. My experience spans feature films, corporate brands, music videos, and weddings, giving me a well-rounded perspective on what makes stories resonate. Over time, I’ve learned that video production doesn’t need to be complicated—my process is built on a streamlined, no-frills approach that helps you simply elevate your brand. I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with my wife and our young son.
